You may scan documents in color, but we recommend you only do so if it is necessary to to properly illustrate the content of your document. Scanning in color will create larger file sizes, and make it more difficult for those who want to view the document to download and open it. (Keep in mind there is a 25MB document size limit, and 35MB total size limit file size limit.)
Only scan in color if necessary, otherwise scan you documents in black and white and at a 200 DPI resolution. For large documents, also consider optimizing or reducing the file size before filing it with the Court.
