Los Angeles, Superior Court of California – All Civil Case Types

Unfortunately, you will not be able to use this form to request a refund in the Los Angeles Superior Court of California’s Civil Division.

This court requires filers to either submit a LACIV 150 electronically (e-file) on the case or in paper at the court.
