Filers needing a hearing date in Will County, IL will want to include the requested hearing date, time, and location of the courtroom on their Motion and Notice of the Hearing. Then they may e-file those documents into in our portal.

Determine Hearing Date Information

To determine the required hearing date information, visit the Will County Circuit Clerk’s website. There they have a Case Lookup and Court Schedule with the needed information.

A) Case Lookup

Click the Case Lookup icon (Letter A above) on the Will County website for judge assignment information. Filers can filter their search criteria by Party Name, Case Number, Ticket Number, and Business Name.

B) Court Schedule

Once a filer knows the judge for their case, they will want to check the Court Schedule to see what dates are open and available for that particular judge. Click the Court Schedule icon (Letter B above) on the Will County website.

Then select the Search Availability Schedule button.

Then select the appropriate judge from the Court Call drop-down. It also lists the judge’s courtroom number.

It’s important to note that some judges list hearing times one the calendar while others do not. If a particular judge does not list a hearing time, scroll to the bottom of the calendar to view the current Administrative Assignment Order. For example, if you are looking to find out when to schedule your motion before Judge Anderson, view the current Administrative Assignment Order. Search for the Civil section to see the Motion call begins at 9:00 a.m.

With the hearing date, time, and location of the courtroom determined, the filer may enter that information on their Motion and Notice of the Hearing, and file them in our e-filing portal.
