As of May 26, 2020, San Diego Superior Court will begin accepting eFilings for Family Law matters. Attorneys and the public will now be able to file documents with the Court without physically coming into the courthouse, except for the following.

  • Request to Continue Hearing (FL-306)
  • Requests to Appear Telephonically
  • Stipulations and Orders
  • Subpoenaed Documents
